How the Fees Work

Buyer FAQ
The design consultation, concept sketches and CAD previews — you see what your piece looks like before paying anything. You are not charged for seeing the design or for the conversation that shapes it.
Once you approve the CAD and move into sample making, a development fee of $200 to $800 per design applies — and it is credited against production orders over $2,000. Mold costs ($50 to $300, one-time, molds belong to you) and the sample fee ($50 to $150, credited against the production order) are separate.
Timing is confirmed after the brief — a clear reference photo shortens it. Typically the first sketch comes back within days, the CAD preview follows, and once approved, first samples take 14 to 18 days after material and tooling are confirmed.
