MOQ depends on material, mold, plating and packaging requirements. Sample-only orders (1-10 pieces) are supported for design confirmation. Bulk orders typically start from 50-100 pieces for simple styles and 200-500 pieces for complex custom designs requiring new molds. TEYING supports low MOQ for boutique brands and first-time buyers.

TEYING works with brass, 925 sterling silver, 304/316L stainless steel, CZ (cubic zirconia), freshwater pearls, natural stones and enamel. Plating options include 14K gold, 18K gold, rose gold, silver (rhodium), platinum and black PVD. 4-layer electroplating ensures durability. Most physical samples are ready in 3-7 business days after design confirmation and payment. Complex designs requiring new molds, special stones or intricate stone settings may take 7-15 business days. CAD drawings are typically provided within 24 hours. Yes. TEYING accepts sketches, reference images, Pinterest links, competitor product links or physical samples. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means TEYING produces jewelry to your exact design and specifications. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means you select from TEYING's 562+ catalog styles and customize plating, stones, materials and packaging to create your own branded product line. TEYING provides both OEM and ODM services.

Yes. TEYING provides custom logo cards, jewelry pouches, gift boxes, display cards, barcode labels, brand inserts and complete gift-ready packaging sets. Packaging can be quoted together with the jewelry order for a turnkey private label solution. Details: private label jewelry packaging.

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For sample orders, full payment is typically required upfront. Accepted payment methods include T/T (wire transfer), Alibaba Trade Assurance, and Western Union. Trade Assurance orders on Alibaba provide buyer protection.

Typical bulk production lead time is 15-30 business days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order quantity, complexity and factory schedule. Rush orders may be accommodated with prior arrangement. Global shipping takes an additional 3-10 business days depending on destination and courier.

TEYING ships via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT for samples and small orders (3-7 business days). For bulk orders, sea freight and air freight are available. The factory can also work with your designated freight forwarder. All shipments include export documentation.
